The EU Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) requires large European companies to disclose information on their sustainability risks and impacts. It sets the basis for the EU sustainable finance agenda, which aims to redirect capital flows towards climate transition and sustainability, and is an essential piece of the European Green Deal and the Covid-19 Recovery Plan.
