On 31st January 2022, the Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB) was consolidated into the IFRS Foundation to support the work of the newly established International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). While this site and its resources remain relevant for preparers looking to improve sustainability disclosure until such time as the ISSB issues its IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards on such topics, no further work or guidance will be produced or published by CDSB. Axelle Blanchard

Axelle joined CDSB’s Policy Team in 2020 to continue her advocacy work in Brussels around the European institutions. Previously, she worked at the French national banking federation on issues from capital markets union to sustainable finance, where she liaised on policy issues with EU and national regulators as well as financial supervisors. She started in Brussels as a Public Affairs consultant, working for global and European large companies in the fields of new technologies and health. Axelle holds a MSc from Science Po Strasbourg, where she studied European affairs and public policies. Her work at CDSB focuses on the EU Non-Financial Reporting Directive within the EU sustainable finance agenda.
